【使用方法】
1.ペットボトルを軽く洗います。
2.ルルドの恵みをペットボトル500mL、1つに対して2カプセル以上入れます。
3.透明に濁らなくなるまで繰り返し振って洗います。
4.濁らなくなったら水をキャップの口ぎりぎりまで水を入れてキャップをしっかり締めます。
5.8時間以上時間を置くと高濃度のシリカ水素水が出来上がります。(24時間以上置くと”超高濃度シリカ水素水”ができます。)

※別売りのキャップコップをお使いいただくと衛生的にお飲みいただけます。
※火気に近付けたり、高温にすると変形する可能性がありますのでご注意ください。


※繰り返しお使いいただくとペットボトルの中で発生した水素が抜けやすくなったり、劣化する可能性がありますので2～3ヶ月に1度を目安に交換してお使いください。
キャップコップは衛生的にお飲みいただくために半年に1度を目安に交換してお使いください。

It is a bottle exclusively made for the usage of Marine silica hydrogen water generation capsule that can make high-concentration silica hydrogen water.
The bottle is tested for pressure resistance, making it difficult for hydrogen to escape!

【How to use】
1. Gently wash the plastic bottle.
2. Add 2 capsules or more to each 500mL plastic bottle of Lourdes.
3. Shake and wash repeatedly until clear and transparent.
4. When it becomes muddy, add water to the top of the cap and tighten the cap firmly.
After 5.8 hours or more, a high-concentration silica hydrogen water will be ready. (If you leave it for more than 24 hours, you can make "ultra-high concentration silica hydrogen water".)

※For extra hygiene you can use a cap cup (sold separately).
※Please note that it may be deformed if it is brought close to fire or at high temperatures.


※If you use it repeatedly, the hydrogen generated in the plastic bottle may become easier to pass or deteriorate, so please replace it roughly once every 2 to 3 months .
In order to drink hygienically, replace the cap cup once every six months.
